If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 14 days of receiving delivery. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days after receiving the product back with us.
If exchange within 14 days of purchase :
100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer, if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchange of Smart Buy (Made to order) orders, Customised Jewellery orders and personalised jewellery orders are not allowed. For this exchange policy of after 14 days of purchase is applicable.
If exchange after 14 days of purchase :

Once the returned product is received by Vijay Gems & Jewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.
